Everyday Drinking Wine

We have fun with out blends — red and white — by giving them a modern appeal with catchy names and clever packaging. The message being: Don’t take the wine too seriously. These are easy drinkers meant to be served as soon as your thirsty.

[d] Red ($15)

A rich blend of Syrah, Zin and Merlot that goes great with leftover meatloaf.

Vinny No Neck ($16)

A Sangiovese heavy blend that is perfect for pizza night.

Bella Risa ($15)

A crisp, fruity white lead by Pinot Gris that calls for a hot summer day and a porch swing.

Bonacquisti Denver Wine Boutique Varietals

While Denver’s urban winery is chic on purpose, it is steeped in Colorado and Italian heritage. The premium wines in the Boutique Varietals are single grape, Colorado offerings presented in a way that would make our Italian ancestors proud. These wines have more structure and are meant to age.

Cabernet Franc ($22)

Colorado’s star red that brings the spice.

Riesling ($15)

An off-dry version perfect for an upscale cheese and meat plate.

Cabernet Sauvignon ($25)

A rich and structured take on Cab that can sit in the cellar a few years.

Zinfandel Port ($18)

Figs and chocolate was my first impression that made me think of a chocolate Fig Newton, if there is such a thing.

Syrah ($18)

A big fruit forward style of Syrah with a nice dose of dark chocolate on the long finish.
